Ivone and Alfrin - 777

The higly anticipated date by many couples (and many photographers) has arrived ! Was it the busiest date for weddings in this decade ? I wonder what the official statistics would be ! I can only hope that it was as lucky and successful for all other couples as it was for Ivone and Alfrin. The location they picked was most exquisite and deeply rooted in Ivone's family life. The weather was the best you can imagine. Most of all, however - they enjoyed their day to the fullest, which hopefully our images will show !

This was one of the first things I saw when I arrived to the estate:

Ivone getting ready:

I got myself in one frame:

Happy kid (those usually come in great quantities at weddings):

One more "getting ready" image:

Oh, I couldn't possibly forget about these two... as you'll see later on - they were the soul of the party, probably the most entertaining couple of bridesmaids I ever met !

Here comes one of the most beautiful bridal images I ever captured:

We're moving one mile away from the estate, where the groom was "prepping" in company of his groomsmen, photographed by Robin:

The ceremony took place in another fabulous location:

Robin captured this funny sequence right before the bride and her father entered the ceremony:

...and I shot this one a few moments later:

The ceremony with its amazing light and backgrounds:

The first kiss:

Married !

The amazing reception setup was the fabulous work of Jill from The Cartwright and Daughters:

With some time left before the planned start of the reception we went around the property grounds and photographed Ivone and Alfrin in the enviorment that means so much to them, like this hammock where Alfrin proposed to Ivone !

With the kids:

...and the bridal party:

The award for the most gorgeous shot of the day goes to Robin:

The "Lucky Sevens" never stop dancing:

...and the bridesmaids are totally able to keep the pace - look at this absolutely fantastic capture by Robin:

Ivone:

The reception began immediately following our crazy photo shoot with the couple walking under the traditional bridal party arch:

First dance:

Emotions were flying around the room during the parent dances:

...and of course we were not the only ones making sure they get recorded:

The night went on with lots of dancing, cake cutting, toasting and celebrating. Ivone and Alfrin's own fairy tale came true. We were happy to be a part of it !

Meghan & Gregory - June 30, 2007

"I... I wanna rock and roll all nite and party every day !" still rings in my head when I think about Meghan and Greg's wedding. They are huge KISS fans ! Yeah ! My kind of customer ! Haha !

The bride before leaving for ceremony in a red trolley that they hired for moving around during the day:

Slightly different take on my typical, favorite shot of the day:

Meghan having good time at one of the most popular spots for photography in Philly:

The bridesmaids:

Some more fun with the couple and the bridal party:

The three images below were shot by Robin:

After shooting for a while in the center of Philly we moved to the reception venue and it welcomed us with even more fantastic locations for good photos:

Another sweet moment, captured during cocktail hour by Robin:

Another fascinating discovery that we made was the wine cellar - oh, how cool ! We had to take our couple in there for at least a few shots:

One of my favorite shots from the dancefloor:

To close this post - the "ring b..." oh, no - he wasn't a ring bearer - let's call him the "ring guardian" :)

Meghan & Greg ! It was a great, fun day of shooting for us ! We truly enjoyed it ! Thank You !

Danielle and Jason - June 29, 2007

When your car gets rear-ended on the way to a wedding it kinda stresses you out - a lot ! Luckily, the bride is cool and handles everything with a lot of positive attitude. That makes all the difference ! Everything starts falling back into place (the fun bridal party helps, too !). The first image of the day:

The gorgeous bride:

Monika started the day with Jason and the groomsmen, capturing some outstanding images:

I was much calmer when we moved flawlessly into the ceremony:

Another one of the bride's magical expressions:

There was also a quick session in a park. Quick, but how efficient and rich in great pictures:

According to Monika, this is her "PDN magazine" shot (let's see if it gets accepted for publication !):

My favorite reception images:

Danielle and Jason - Thank You for turning the fate around and being such a fantastic couple to work with !
